This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it when you join the Lupid waitlist.

When you submit the waitlist form, we collect your email address and phone number. We may also receive technical information such as browser details, approximate location from IP address, submission time, and referral source to help secure and improve the service.
We use your information to manage the waitlist, contact you about product access, send launch updates, prevent abuse, and operate the platform responsibly. We do not sell your personal information.
By submitting the waitlist form, you consent to us processing your information for the purposes listed in this policy. Where applicable, we may also process data to fulfill legal obligations and protect our legitimate business interests, such as fraud prevention and service reliability.
We keep waitlist information only for as long as needed to manage pre-launch communication and onboarding, or as required by law. We periodically review stored data and delete information that is no longer necessary.
We may share information with trusted service providers who help us host infrastructure, secure our systems, or send communications. These providers are required to handle your data with appropriate safeguards and only for authorized purposes.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. No system is perfectly secure, but we continuously improve our safeguards.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data. You may also request to opt out of launch updates at any time.
